Please carefully read the following information to help ensure you are up to date on your loan account information and how to make payments.
If you have a loan or line of credit with CSB, your rate, terms, and conditions will remain as they are in your loan agreement through the life of the loan.
All internal transfers between CSB accounts and loan payments made via ACH will continue without interruption and automatically transition during system integration in mid-October.
However, loan payments scheduled through an outside financial institution using a debit or credit card to a CSB loan account will not transfer and will need to be proactively redirected by you to your new VyStar account(s).

VyStar will begin servicing all CSB loans in mid-October. In November, loan customers will receive a VyStar statement, loan payment coupon and new mailing address for your loan payments.
Note: Post conversion, consumer installment loans originated and serviced by Service Finance Company (SFC) and/or AFC First Financial Corporation (AFC) will continue to be serviced as they are today. There will be no change to your current statement or payment processing unless you are notified by the individual servicer.
