The following is some helpful information about how you can continue conveniently managing your checking and savings accounts.
You can continue to use your supply of CSB checks. VyStar will honor these items unless you are notified otherwise.
Check reorders: When you need to reorder checks, please visit any VyStar branch or contact our Call Center at (904) 777-6000 or 1 (800) 445-6289, option 7, to order your new VyStar branded checks.
There will be no change to your CSB direct deposits and automated withdrawals. These recurring transactions will automatically redirect to your VyStar account(s) after system conversion in mid-October. If confirmation of the change is required, the originator of the direct deposit or withdrawal may contact you directly for more information.
CSB customers with overdraft protection linked to one or more other accounts in their name will transition to VyStar during the conversion in mid-October.
Courtesy Pay: CSB customers enrolled in Courtesy Pay for check, ACH and debit card transactions will be asked to opt in to VyStar’s Courtesy Pay program after system conversion in mid-October to continue this service.
